Moorestown Schools:
The Moorestown
Township public schools have long been associated with
educational excellence. Moorestown High School has been named
one of the top ten secondary schools in the Philadelphia area
the Philadelphia Inquirer, as well as on of the top schools in
the Delaware Valley by Philadelphia Magazine. Acclaim is
specifically due to the higher S.A.T. scores of students, the
student's achievements, and the comprehensive curriculum. The
Moorestown children attend elementary schools, a Middle School,
and a High School. There are parochial and private schools,
including the Moorestown Friends School, which is highly
regarded for its fine academic standards. Students continuing
their education beyond high school may attend community colleges
or any of the more than 60 fine colleges and universities for
which the Delaware Valley is famous.
