Instant Gratification - When "instant gratification" means
you have a need to know what homes just came on the market, we can provide that
gratification via the

meet your specifications) that are newly listed on the MLS (Multiple

Rentals - We usually
limit our rental activity to families that are new to the area and
want to rent first. However, we do not want anyone to be homeless!

will complete the home on schedule, have a minimum punch list (corrections to
mistakes or omissions in construction), and we can
help you evaluate the price of the new home.
